About the Position:
The Designer position plays a vital role in helping our clients achieve the cutting edge, modern and open space concepts they are looking for. This position will be responsible for designing work areas that fit within the client's budget, available space and needs.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Collaborates with Project Consultants and potential clients on their upcoming projects and asks diagnostic questions to determine their client’s requirements, budget, employee count and space planning needs

Occasionally tours clients’ new or existing workspace to take measurements for accurate space planning.

Use SketchUp, CET, and AutoCAD to create floor and 3D renderings.

Select and specify office furniture, fabrics and finishes that reflect the client’s workplace culture and budget.

Accurately apply applicable discounts where needed and create solutions for client approval.

Update quotes and make necessary revisions in a timely manner to ensure the project is accurate and complete.

Collaborate with the Operations and Purchasing teams to ensure each project is created and ordered correctly.
Participate in other office duties as part of the team.
