American Traveler is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a travel assignment in an inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital, requiring CCC certification and 1+ years of experience.

40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital setting
-
Speech Therapy department located on the 2nd floor
-
Treats adult acute rehab patients with diagnoses including neuro conditions, Parkinson's, and debility
-
Uses UDS and Cerner EHR systems
-
Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
-
Weekend coverage required approximately once per month

No call requirements

No floating requirements

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology required

Current BLS certification required

Minimum 1+ years of experience required

Adult acute rehabilitation experience preferred

License required if applicable

Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration

Active license verification required at time of consideration

Provide speech-language pathology services within a comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation program

Support patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury

Work environment described as relaxed and efficient

Burgundy/wine colored scrubs required

Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel pay rate

Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
