About the Role:
As a Housekeeper at Evercare of Collinsville, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' homes. Your duties will include:
- Cleaning and disinfecting common areas, resident rooms, and bathrooms
- Changing bed linens, towels, and washing clothes
- Restocking supplies and linens
- Assisting residents with daily tasks and providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
Responsibilities:
- Perform housekeeping duties as assigned, including cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, and dusting
- Restock supplies and linens in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless service delivery
- Keep all areas clean, tidy, and organized
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance initiatives to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service
Requirements:
Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
