A growing luxury medical spa in Montgomery County is seeking an experienced Medical Spa Operations Manager to join our team. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about aesthetics, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys helping build and grow a high-end patient experience.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day medical spa operations
- Coordinate provider and client scheduling
- Ensure exceptional patient experience from consultation through follow-up
- Support staff, maintain operational efficiency, and uphold company standards
- Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor communications
- Assist with marketing initiatives, promotions, and business growth
- Implement and improve office systems and workflows
- Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional environment
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
✔Experienced managing a medical spa or aesthetic practice (required)
✔ Highly organized and detail-oriented
✔ Responsive, dependable, and proactive
✔ Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software and systems
✔ An excellent communicator with outstanding customer service skills
✔ Able to multitask while maintaining accuracy
✔ Professional, positive, and team-oriented
✔ Passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and luxury patient care
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic, or aesthetic practice
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and medical spa workflows
- Experience with scheduling software, CRM systems, Google Workspace, and social media is a plus
