Pediatric SLP (1099 Independent Contractor)
Foundations Pediatric Therapy, PLLC is seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric SLP to join our growing team! This is a flexible 1099 independent contractor opportunity designed for therapists who want to create a schedule that fits their lifestyle while making a meaningful impact in the lives of young children and their families.
As a member of our team, you will provide early intervention physical therapy services to children from birth to 3 years of age in their natural environments, including homes, daycares, and community settings.

Responsibilities
● Evaluate and treat infants and toddlers (birth to 3 years)
● Develop individualized treatment plans to support developmental milestones
● Provide family-centered education and coaching
● Collaborate with caregivers and the early intervention team
● Complete documentation in a timely manner
● Travel to homes, daycares, and other natural environments within your preferred service area
Qualifications
● SLP from an accredited program
● Current Kentucky Speech Therapy License
● Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
● Ability to pass required background checks
● Pediatric or early intervention experience is preferred but not required
