Gregg Young Hortonville, is searching for a Sales Associate to join our TEAM at our Ford dealership.
Starting with our first dealership over 26 years ago and expanding to 12 dealerships spread throughout NE, IA, and WI, we aim to continue growing our business while simultaneously growing our people and their career paths all while holding true to our 4 Core Values: Ambition, Integrity, Execution, and Serves Others.
Sales Associate Employment Package
- previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required
- full spectrum training & on-going mentorship thereafter
- unlimited resources provided to execute the responsibilities of the position; full suite of technology and training programs

- relaxed attire: shorts in the summer with tennis shoes and a collared shirt, business casual in the fall & winter with no requirements to wear a tie or full button up shirt (polo is fine)

- Monday 8am-8pm, Tuesday - Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday 8am-5pm (one week day off)
- $2,500/month draw with an aggressive commission structure
- $80,000 - $120,000/year
- individually oriented - performance based pay plan, including various incentives
- pay structure: commissions and a draw against commissions (compensation on the vehicle sale & vehicle financing)
- stackable bonuses & stackable spiffs (progressive based on performance
Requirements
- initiative, self-motivation, positive attitude & outlook coupled with an immense inner desire to be great!
- customer interactions: assess customer’s needs, determine which vehicle(s) meet and/or exceed their needs & wants, vehicle demonstration, affordability presentation, negotiations & closing the sale and positioning the customer to take delivery in the finance dept.
- having a proactive mindset, coupled with the willingness to learn, adjust, grow, and improve
- provide a world-class customer experience that generates retention & creates a positive ownership continuum for our customers
- report to the sales manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
- building & maintaining relationships with the fellow sales consultants, sales & finance managers, office personnel, fixed operations depts., manufacturer representatives & most importantly the customers
