Shoal Creek Golf Club is seeking an energetic and dedicated Culinary Steward to join our team. We are offering a Full-Time position with benefits which include medical, dental, vision insurance and 401k with company match.
Among the specific duties and expectations for this position are:
- Working to maintain the established standards of cleanliness within the Shoal Creek kitchen
- Manning the dishwashing station during meal periods
- Ensuring that all plates, glassware and silverware make it back to their respective areas safely and clean
- Assists with mopping and cleaning the kitchen throughout the day and at end of shift as needed
- Eagerness to learn under the direction and supervision of our Executive Chef, Sous Chef and Management staff
- Working within a culture of teamwork and togetherness to ensure the entire team is working toward our common goals
- Ready, willing and able to fill in at all other positions as needed to ensure uninterrupted quality service and customer satisfaction
- May work a varying schedule including mornings and evening shifts depending on levels of business at the club
- Weekends and Holidays required
