Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on storage containers, mobile offices, equipment, and facility assets to ensure they are safe, functional, and customer ready. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, and able to work independently while supporting a fast-paced operation. Responsibilities:

Assist with repairs at the yard, including A/C maintenance.

Assist Mechanic with equipment/vehicle maintenance.

Assist in new installation of plumbing and/or electrical devices/components.

Create/implement/maintain service schedules for various pieces of equipment.

Handle service calls within the Phoenix branch for customers when needed.

Travel to customer sites and repair issues with containers or offices when needed.

Address repairs resulting from break-ins or electrical issues at customer sites.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Perform additional duties requested by upper management.
Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Prolonged standing throughout the day.

50% Frequent driving to customer sites.
Qualifications:
-
Knowledge of basic welding, electrical, mechanical repairs, and general maintenance practices.

Ability to diagnose and repair issues involving containers, offices, HVAC/A/C systems, and basic electrical components.

Proficiency in the safe use of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize service calls.

Effective communication and customer service skills when interacting with customers and team members.

Ability to operate a forklift (or obtain certification) and perform physically demanding tasks in various work environments.

Current & clean MVR.

Current driver’s license.

2 years of relevant work experience.
