We take care of the administrative, billing, and business details so you can focus on providing high-quality care. Start part-time and transition to full-time as your caseload grows, with full-time averaging 20 clients per week.
Requirements
- License-Eligible Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field
- Working toward valid Virginia license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent)- Pay increase once licensed
- Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and insurance-compliant documentation
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse clients
- Proficiency with office technology and EHR systems
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy to clients, consistently billing on average 20 hours per week
- Diagnose mental health conditions, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely documentation
- Manage your schedule and client follow-ups
- Collaborate with client treatment teams and staff for coordinated care
- Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities

Salary Range Note: Range shows average income from 10 one hour sessions to 25 one hour sessions/week.
