Key Responsibilities
- Perform residential inspections in accordance with state standards
- Inspect major systems including roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components
- Deliver clear, accurate, same-day inspection reports
- Communicate findings professionally with clients and agents onsite
- Represent the company with a high level of professionalism and customer service
Qualifications
- Active Home Inspector license in the state of IN or KY (required)
- Experience with residential and/or commercial inspections preferred
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Comfortable using inspection software and technology
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
