**Job Description – Registered Nurse (Cath Lab)**
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join a dynamic Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory team. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise in interventional cardiology procedures and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide direct patient care in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab setting
* Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
* Monitor patients before, during, and after catheterization procedures
* Interpret and respond to cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic data
* Ensure accurate documentation of patient status, procedures, and outcomes
* Maintain adherence to sterile technique and infection control standards
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
* Respond to emergencies and support critical cardiac interventions as needed
**Required Qualifications:**
* Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab nursing experience
* Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California (unrestricted)
* Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
* Current AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
**Preferred Skills:**
* Strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making abilities
* Experience with cardiac monitoring equipment and hemodynamic systems
* Familiarity with interventional cardiology procedures and protocols
* Ability to work variable shifts, including on-call as required
