Our specialty insurance firm is growing, and we're looking for a Property & Casualty professional who enjoys building relationships, servicing accounts, and growing a book of commercial business.
We're a specialty operation serving medical practitioners and wellness providers delivering cutting-edge care on a national level. We've pioneered insurance programs for this industry and work with major associations to help practitioners get the protection they need to operate with confidence.
We focus on covering what standard markets simply can't. With centers focusing on weight loss, stem cells, and other natural treatments, this role is focused on our commercial lines book: servicing existing clients and writing new commercial business.
We believe in training our people and taking care of them as they grow in one of the fastest-expanding fields in insurance.
Schedule & Benefits
- Full-time, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM (no weekends)
- Hybrid: in office Monday – Thursday, work from home Fridays
- 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision

- CE and license renewal reimbursement
- Competitive base salary of $60,000–$75,000 depending on experience, plus commission and retention bonus
Your Role
- Service and manage an existing book of commercial accounts: renewals, endorsements, mid-term changes, and day-to-day client needs
- Develop quotes, deliver sales presentations, and close new commercial business
- Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor on coverage needs
- Respond to inquiries, solve problems, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction
- Meet business production and retention goals
- You will not be responsible for cold calls or obtaining new leads. We provide plenty on a daily basis!
What We're Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty license (required)
- 1–3 years of insurance experience; commercial lines experience preferred
- Commercial property experience a plus
- Familiarity with The Hartford's quoting system a plus (not required)
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Professionalism across phone, email, and in-person interactions
- A team-first attitude and genuine willingness to learn and help others
