About the Role
The Hotel Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of both properties, ensuring smooth check-ins, clean rooms, and a consistently positive guest experience. You will work closely with ownership, but you will have the independence needed to run the hotels confidently and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of both hotels
- Manage housekeeping schedules and maintain property cleanliness
- Ensure positive guest experiences and respond to inquiries
- Perform basic administrative duties such as reservations, reports, and inventory
- Communicate regularly with ownership
- Maintain a professional, calm, and dependable presence on property
Ideal Candidate
- Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently and living on-site
- Able to take initiative and maintain a guest-first mindset
- Reliable, respectful, and eager to care for the properties
Compensation
Compensation will be discussed with candidates during the interview process. On-site housing is included.
