What you’ll do
- Diagnose and repair complex HVAC issues (residential/light commercial)
- Validate warranty coverage and complete accurate claim documentation
- Work with parts, tech support, and manufacturer reps to resolve cases quickly
- Mentor teammates on best-practice diagnostics and verification (superheat/subcool, airflow, combustion analysis)
- Keep a clean, safe, organized work area and follow all safety protocols
What you’ll bring
- 5–10+ years as an HVAC service technician with strong diagnostics/warranty experience
- Expert troubleshooting of electrical/mechanical systems, controls, variable-speed/inverter systems, heat pumps, gas heat, and IAQ
- Clear, thorough documentation and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating as needed
- EPA required; NATE or manufacturer certifications preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Schedule and territory
- Typical hours: will be discussed during interview
- On-call: some weekends expected (with proper rotation)
- Service area: Las Vegas and Henderson

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
