Job Title: Production Team Members / Direct Hire with Benefits
Pay: $22.85 (Shift premium + $1.00/hour)
Shifts Available:
1. Monday – Friday 2nd & 3rd Shifts
a. 8 hour shifts with overtime
- Daily & Weekend Overtime subject to plant assignment and customer demands

Requirements:
- Ability to meet the physical requirements including but not limited to walking, standing, stooping, bending, reaching with hands, and grasping with fingers for 8 - 10 hours a day when completing production processes or moving products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Ability to work in very warm temperatures
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as required
- Ability to speak, read and write English required
- Must be drug free and subject to random drug testing
Job Responsibility:
- Ability to work safely and comply with all safety standards. Must be able to wear all forms of protective equipment.
- Ensure quality standards are achieved by performing jobs in accordance with work instructions to include correct product, size, quantity, and color on various wheel types to meet customer satisfaction.
- Work respectfully within a team environment or independently, as needed.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly work area.
