Functional Medicine Physician – High-End Wellness & Longevity CenterPosition Summary
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and forward-thinking Functional Medicine Physician to join our premier wellness and longevity center. Our mission is to optimize health, prevent disease, improve quality of life, and help patients achieve peak physical and mental performance through personalized, evidence-informed care.
This physician will evaluate the whole person—not simply treat symptoms—by identifying and addressing the root causes of illness while developing customized treatment plans utilizing advanced diagnostics, lifestyle medicine, nutrition, hormone optimization, regenerative therapies, and cutting-edge wellness modalities.
Our center provides a luxury concierge experience where every patient receives individualized attention, comprehensive evaluations, and ongoing support designed to maximize healthspan and longevity.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive functional medicine evaluations, including extensive medical history, lifestyle assessment, nutrition, sleep, stress, exercise, and environmental factors.
- Interpret advanced laboratory testing, including metabolic, hormonal, nutritional, gastrointestinal, inflammatory, and cardiovascular markers.
- Develop personalized treatment plans focused on root-cause medicine.
- Prescribe medications when appropriate while emphasizing lifestyle interventions and preventive care.
- Manage bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) for qualified patients.
- Evaluate and treat thyroid dysfunction, adrenal health, metabolic disorders, insulin resistance, weight management, gut health, autoimmune conditions, chronic fatigue, inflammation, and other chronic health concerns.
- Recommend personalized nutritional supplementation and therapeutic diets.
- Collaborate with health coaches, nurses, nutritionists, fitness professionals, and other wellness specialists to provide coordinated patient care.
- Monitor patient progress through scheduled follow-up visits and laboratory reviews.
- Educate patients on sustainable lifestyle changes that improve long-term health.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Stay current with emerging research in functional medicine, longevity science, regenerative medicine, and preventive healthcare.
- Participate in developing new wellness programs and clinical protocols.

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Active unrestricted medical license.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Preventive Medicine, or another relevant specialty.
- Functional medicine training preferred (such as certification through a recognized functional medicine program).
- DEA registration.
- Experience interpreting advanced laboratory testing.
- Strong understanding of nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and preventive healthcare.
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
- Passion for wellness, longevity, and delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
