Apex Acquisition, a fast-growing advertising agency serving Financial Advisory Firms, is on the hunt for a passionate sales expert to become our next Client Success Manager and join our team of A-players.
What you'll be doing:
- Sales coaching & accountability (biggest priority)
- World class onboarding - welcome calls and kickoff calls
- Answering general support questions
- No more constantly chasing new deals resulting in an income roller coaster
We are on a mission to change the way advisors close business virtually, and in the process, move over $100B in assets into the hands of our clients to manage and protect for families. (we've already moved over $1B!)
The coaching you do in this role will be directly responsible for moving $100B in assets to a safer place.
Compensation Plan:
Aside from a healthy base salary, we also provide uncapped bonus / commission potential. We believe in meritocracies, where team members can achieve earning potential based on the value they create.
What we REQUIRE:
- You have virtual / over the phone sales experience
- Customer support / client service experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to make complex ideas simple
- Strong leadership & accountability skills (Can you get others to change their behavior?)
- Highly organized
