```Duties```
- Prepare and cook meals according to dietary guidelines and recipes
- Ensure that all meals are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality standards
- Assist with meal planning and menu development
- Collaborate with dietary staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a Dietary Cook or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- High attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes accurately
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
We are looking to fill Saturday-Wednesday 12:00 pm-8:00 pm
