AG Urgent Care is looking for experienced House Calls Podiatrist who can provide treatment to patients with foot, ankle, and lower leg problems to become part of our growing team!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Check and review the patient’s medical history.
· Examine the patient to diagnose diseases, illnesses, and injuries.
· Prescribe orthotics and pain relief medications.
· Order additional medical tests to form a better diagnosis if necessary.
· Advise patients on proper foot care and therapeutic techniques.
· Develop therapeutic and surgical treatment plan to address patient’s foot and lower leg issues.
· Interact and maintain contact with patients to track the progress of treatment through house calls visits
· Monitor the recovery progress of patients to determine the need for change in treatment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Previous experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Room, or Primary Care.
· Doctoral degree in Podiatric Medicine
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· High level of patience and empathy
· Good decision-making skills.
· Excellent knowledge of therapeutic and surgical treatments for the lower extremities.
Driver and Transportation vehicle is provided.
Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
