CONTRACT HEALTHCARE MARKETERPart-Time | Horizon Caregiving
Horizon Caregiving is seeking an experienced Contract Healthcare Marketer to support our market rollout.
This is a part-time, relationship-driven position for someone who already understands the healthcare and senior care referral landscape and has an established network of professional contacts.
Experience Required
Candidates must have professional marketing, business development, outreach, or referral development experience in at least ONE of the following:
- Home Health
- Home Care / Private Duty Care
- Hospice
- Senior Living / Assisted Living
- Hospital or Health System
A current book of business and established healthcare referral relationships are required.
We are looking for someone who already knows how to build relationships with referral partners and understands how healthcare referrals move from initial contact to admission.
Role Highlights
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare referral sources
- Generate qualified client referrals and new business opportunities
- Represent Horizon at IDT meetings and other interdisciplinary healthcare meetings
- Build relationships with hospitals, home health agencies, hospices, senior living communities, physicians, social workers, case managers, and other referral partners
- Attend healthcare networking events, community events, professional meetings, and industry functions
- Conduct regular in-person visits with referral partners
- Follow up on referrals and maintain consistent communication with referral sources
- Participate in occasional after-hours networking events, meetings, and relationship-building opportunities
- Provide regular updates on referral activity, relationships, opportunities, and market development

This is not an entry-level marketing position.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, well-connected, professional, and comfortable working independently. You should already understand the healthcare market and be prepared to leverage existing relationships while developing new ones.
