About the Role
Calling All Passionate Educators: Become a Primrose Education Coach! Are you eager to make a difference in the lives of young children — not by leading your own classroom, but by developing the teachers who do?
As Education Coach, you'll be dedicated to the growth and success of our early childhood teachers. Confident, supported teachers create safe, healthy classrooms, and you'll drive their development within a culture where all children and team members can thrive. This is an assistant director-level leadership role reporting directly to the Director.

What You'll Do
- Support and coach teachers across all age groups and classrooms
- Participate in the selection, hiring, and training of teaching staff
- Collaborate with the leadership team to design onboarding experiences for new hires
- Conduct classroom observations to support delivery of the Balanced Learning® curriculum
- Support teachers' use of our digital curriculum platform
- Guide the implementation of child development and academic assessments
- Monitor company-wide communications and program rollouts, ensuring staff are trained and ready for new initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field required
- Minimum 2–3 years of classroom teaching experience in an elementary, early childhood or preschool setting required
- Prior coaching, mentoring, or leadership experience a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability and willingness to drive a small bus occasionally

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
