Job Description:
Arlington-based Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a reliable and well-organized civil litigation bilingual paralegal who is fluent in Spanish and English . The ideal candidate will be a personable self-starter who works well in a fast-paced environment and is able to manage deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage client and attorney expectations and provide status updates continually and proactively
- Manage calendars and deadlines
- Maintain case files in FileVine
- Assist with the discovery process for cases in litigation
- Assist with trial preparations, including preparing and labelling exhibits and coordinating witness schedules
- Maintain thorough documentation throughout the entire duration of all cases
- Assisting in the drafting of documents, including affidavits under Chapter 18 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code
- Familiarize himself/herself with the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure
- Required Qualifications:
- Superior grammar and writing skills
- Detail-oriented and very well-organized
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications, as well as general comfortability with technology and internet use in general
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English
- Paralegal Certification, Associate Degree, and/or Bachelor's Degree

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
