Summary: Currently looking to hire a BAS Project Manager for growing building automation integrator specializing in high-performance DDC systems and complex controls projects. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of assigned BAS projects and drive them to successful completion — on time, on budget, and safely.
What You’ll Do

Manage building automation/DDC projects from turnover through closeout

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams

Oversee scheduling, manpower planning, procurement, and subcontractors

Control project budgets, labor productivity, and financial performance

Lead pre-construction planning and coordination meetings

Price and manage change orders
-
Ensure timely billing and accurate documentation
-
Maintain strong safety standards on all job sites
What You Bring
-
5+ years of Project Management experience in BAS, HVAC controls, or DDC systems
-
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and controls installation
-
Experience managing budgets, schedules, and project financials
-
Familiarity with design/build and value engineering projects
-
Working knowledge of OSHA standards

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
