Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales and provide service to distributors and restaurant customers
- Participate in and conduct tasting events, presentations, and trade shows
- Make regular visits to existing customers and provide follow-up support
- Propose products based on menu concepts and usage needs
- Focus on building strong, long-term relationships with customers
- · Keeping accurate records of sales activity, forecasts, and customer feedback.
- Identifying and contacting potential clients through networking, calls, and emails.
- Understanding customer needs, presenting product/ service solutions, and providing solutions to concerns.
- Willing to learn and educate others to understand our product lines.
- Willing to work on weekends as needed for special events
Qualifications:
- Must LOVE noodles!
- 1 year experience in Sales and/or as a Sales Assistant required.
- High school or GED required.
- Valid Hawaii Driver’s License with good driving record.
- Organizational skills to manage daily and weekly sales schedules.
- Able to multitask to meet deadlines and customer needs.
- Able to communicate and work with others in a team setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bilingual Japanese / English helpful
- Prior Food Industry experience helpful
Working Hours:
Full-time
- Monday-Friday (occasional weekends during special events)
- 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (half hour lunch break)
Salary:
Annual salary: $40,000 – $60,000 depending on experience and ability
