Multiple Immediate Openings – Pediatric Dental Assistant (High Priority Hire)
Our growing pediatric dental practice in Charlotte , NC and surrounding area is actively hiring multiple Dental Assistant II (DA II) or Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) with pediatric experience.
This is a Full time position, no weekends offering excellent work-life balance in a positive, child-focused environment.
We are seeking a skilled, energetic assistant who is confident working with children and committed to delivering compassionate, efficient clinical care.
Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting during pediatric dental procedures
- Take dental radiographs (NC X-ray certification required)
- Administer Nitrous Oxide monitoring (N2O certification required)
- Perform coronal polishing (certification required)
- Provide patient and parent education
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Ensure infection control and operatory readiness
- Support efficient patient flow in a high-volume pediatric setting
Requirements (NC Compliance Required)
- Current North Carolina Dental Assistant II (DA II) OR CDA
- NC Radiography Certification (Required)
- Nitrous Oxide Monitoring Certification (Required)
- Coronal Polishing Certification (Required)
- Pediatric dental experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with children and parents
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
