Aesthetic Nurse - Job Description
GLO3O is a multi-location skincare studio. We create the perfect facial for our Members. Every 30 days. Our studios focus on facial skincare services and aesthetic procedures such as Botox and neurotoxins. We are looking for new team members to join our growing team who are looking for a long-term home and are excited to enter the aesthetic industry!

The Ideal Candidate
● GLO3O is looking for an Aesthetic Injector with a Registered Nurse license
● The candidate should be familiar with cosmetic injections and laser treatments
● We provide training for part-time and full-time positions and time commitment
● A great fit would be someone who loves the skincare and aesthetic industry, is professional, and loves developing professional relationships with clients
● Retail experience in the past is a plus
● Energetic individuals who are customer service-oriented
What does an Aesthetic Nurse do at GLO30
● Have an excellent standard of service and maintain protocols
● Educate clients on products to enhance their procedures
● Maintain supplies and equipment for treatments
● Attend team meetings and work collaboratively with others
● Professional appearance daily
● Administer Botox or neurotoxin injections, facial laser treatments, and filler micro infusion services.
● Accurate charting and clinical documentation
● Recommends various treatments, and skin regimens based on assessment
● Help drive studio service and retail sales
Required Credentials
● Current State License
● Loves the industry and working with people, client-facing
● Must be a self-starter and a team player
● Must maintain yearly continued education and stay current on product lines & services
Qualifications
● Outstanding customer service
● Preferred Active Esthetician License
● Professional and on-time
● Organized, and self-motivated and keep your work area pristine at all times
● Confident and energized to recommend products to help improve skin
● Willing to learn new skincare treatments and facials monthly
● Can see multiple clients a day
● Team oriented
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment
● Basic Computer skills - will be trained to use Glo30s operating systems.
Requirements
● Must have reliable transportation to and from work
● Must be able to kneel, bend, reach, climb and stand for long durations of time
● Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 30 lbs
● Schedule Requirements: Tuesday through Saturday. Must be available to work mornings, evenings and weekends
Roles & Responsibilities
● Learn and perform Glo30’s facial neurotoxin injections technique, facial laser, and filler microinfusion protocols to standard
● Educate and answer client questions pertaining to skincare, monthly facials, Glo30 Services and Products
● Review client profiles, treatment notes and perform personalized facial services according to the individuals skin needs making adjustments to the Glo30 monthly facial protocols as needed
● Monitor, respond to client phone calls, texts messages as needed
● Maintain a clean and organized work environment
● Assist manager with marketing plans and promotions
● Coordinate with Front Hosts to ensure a positive client experience and meet clients needs during appointments
Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
