Redmond Development Group (RDG) is a construction scheduling consultancy doing CPM scheduling for large capital projects — data centers, semiconductor fabs, and heavy industrial builds. We embed as third-party schedulers alongside general contractors and trade partners.
We're hiring multiple Project Schedulers, remote and onsite. Most work runs in RDG's Primavera P6 EPPM environment — we provide the licensing, database, and hosting — though some engagements run directly in the client's database.

What You'll Do
- Build, maintain, and update CPM schedules in Primavera P6
- Review subcontractor schedules for accuracy and alignment; compare against baseline and current
- Prepare and submit schedule updates, reports, and narratives to owners and client reps
- Identify and track delays, impacts, and changes to milestones
- Validate schedule logic, sequencing, and durations; keep field progress and schedule in sync
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on Primavera P6 experience building and maintaining CPM schedules
- Solid grasp of critical path, WBS, sequencing, and schedule logic
- Construction background — data center, semiconductor, mechanical/piping, or industrial a plus
- Able to analyze subcontractor schedules and flag issues independently
- Clear writer (narratives, reports, client updates) and comfortable owning the schedule
Experience level varies by role — openings range from early-career through senior.
Current Openings
1. Data Center — Lead Scheduler (backfill), Onsite Reno, NV · Onsite only · Full time · Senior / Lead · Start July 1 Lead scheduler seat on a Reno data center build, running a team of 3–4 schedulers and backfilling RDG's principal on the program. Owns the master schedule, critical path, and client-facing reporting; directs and reviews the team's work. The program has at least 2.5 years remaining. Includes a structured one-to-two-month overlap working directly alongside the outgoing lead before taking over fully — a real handoff, not a cold start.
2. Data Center — GC-side, Onsite Reno, NV · Onsite only · Full time · 1–2 yrs+ through senior · Start July 1 Onsite role embedded with a GC on the same Reno data center build, with at least 2.5 years remaining. Wider experience range — strong growth seat for a developing scheduler, also open to senior.
3. Semiconductor Fab — Mechanical / Piping Phoenix, AZ · Remote w/ limited site travel · Full time · Mid–Senior · Start July 1 Mechanical/piping scope on a large semiconductor fab. Best fit for schedulers from process/mechanical-heavy environments.
4. Data Center — GC-side (multi-site program) TX, SC & IN · Remote w/ limited site travel (onsite at client site also an option) · ~20 hrs/wk ramping to full time · Mid–Senior · Start July 1 Support a growing national GC across a multi-site data center program for a single client, scheduling all three project locations. The GC also builds semiconductor fabs, hospitals, and airports, with significant growth planned over the next few years. Begins part time and grows into full time as the program expands.
Compensation
$140,000 – $220,000, depending on the role and your experience. 1099 or W-2 — flexible hiring to fit the right candidate.
