Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive first impression
- Safely park, retrieve, and direct vehicles using valet parking techniques and driving skills
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Maintain clear communication with customers and team members to coordinate vehicle movements efficiently
- Ensure the parking lot remains organized, clean, and safe by monitoring for hazards or security concerns
- Assist visitors with questions or directions, demonstrating strong communication skills and bilingual support if applicable
- Follow all safety protocols and dealership policies to uphold a secure environment for staff and guests
Experience
- Previous valet parking or dealership experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a customer-first attitude
- Strong driving skills with the ability to operate vehicles safely in various conditions
- Experience in cashiering or retail math to handle cash handling accurately
- Excellent communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles for extended periods while maintaining high energy levels
- Familiarity with customer service principles to create welcoming interactions with guests
