Job Summary
We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic General Manager to lead the operations of our Family Entertainment Center (FEC). The ideal candidate will be a self starter with atleast 5 years of FEC operating experiene and possess a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. As the General Manager, you will oversee all facets of the facility’s management, including business development, sales, operational efficiency, repairs, F&B Operations and team supervision. Your role is pivotal in driving profitability, enhancing guest satisfaction, and fostering a positive, innovative work environment.
Duties
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and operational excellence within the FEC.
- Lead and supervise all departments, including sales, customer service, maintenance, F7B, and entertainment operations.
- Oversee profit and loss management to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded through effective budgeting and cost control measures.
- Drive business development initiatives to attract new customers and expand market presence.
- Manage project planning and execution for facility upgrades, new attractions, or promotional events to enhance guest engagement.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to optimize operational efficiency and service quality.
- Foster a high-performance team environment by providing leadership, mentorship, and ongoing training to staff members.
- Cultivate strong relationships with partners, vendors, and community stakeholders to support ongoing growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven minimum 5 years 0f management experience within entertainment venues or similar hospitality sectors with a focus on operations oversight.
- Strong strategic planning skills combined with hands-on leadership capabilities.
- Demonstrated success in supervising teams across multiple departments with a focus on performance management.
- Experience managing profit & loss statements with an emphasis on financial accountability and business growth.
- Skilled in business development strategies aimed at increasing revenue streams through sales initiatives and marketing campaigns.
- Background in project management for facility upgrades or new program launches is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and build lasting relationships with stakeholders.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
