Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at our newest location in Greenville, NC . We are currently moving into the old Bostic Suggs location and we need to fill this role by August 1st. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment, providing vital support to the sales staff and management across administrative functions, customer service, and office management. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism and precision. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a collaborative work environment while developing valuable administrative expertise.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including overseeing supply inventory and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- Serve as a point of contact for visitors and callers, utilizing multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette.
- Handle data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Google Workspace and our point of sale software.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email and supporting client needs.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events efficiently.
- Support bookkeeping activities using our point of sale software, including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial record keeping.
- Contribute to office management initiatives that improve productivity and workflow.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Google Workspace applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Demonstrated technical proficiency in computer literacy and data entry accuracy.
- Experience in customer support roles that require patience and problem-solving skills.
