Job Description:
As a Front Counter Team Member at Ultimate Burger, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive dining experience by providing excellent customer service, processing orders efficiently, and helping to maintain a clean, inviting restaurant atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with menu selections.
- Accurately process orders using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with accuracy.
- Share knowledge about our menu and organic ingredients to enhance the guest experience.
- Address guest questions or concerns promptly and courteously.
- Keep the front counter and dining area clean and organized.
- Assist with restocking supplies and condiments.
- Support the team with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
