Hours: Up to 20 hours per week (schedule TBD)

Salary: $18.00 per hour (Federal standard wage)

Primary Goals
-
Serve as an active Career Services representative for NSAD’s student and alumni community across Architecture, Interior Design, Product Design, Graphic Design, and related fields.

Support relationship-building efforts with industry professionals and alumni.

Help maintain job postings and track employment outcomes.

Assist with sharing employment opportunities with students and alumni.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with meetings, workshops, career fairs, and other events.

Research and post job opportunities on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Instagram.

Help coordinate and set up the Grad Show (Employer + Family Event).

Support students with resumes, cover letters, and portfolios.

Collaborate with the Director of Career Services to track alumni placement.

Work with Marketing to highlight alumni success stories.

Maintain regular communication with Career Services staff.

Support the overall goals and needs of the Career Services Department.

Complete additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong written communication and accurate keyboarding skills.
