Your job is simple: call motivated sellers from our provided leads, build rapport, and book qualified appointments for our senior acquisition team to close. We handle the training, the leads, and the system — you focus on dialing and earning.

Responsibilities:
- Call motivated sellers from leads provided by the company
- Introduce District Estate LLC and build initial rapport with homeowners
- Ask qualifying questions to assess seller motivation and property condition
- Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for the acquisition team
- Log all call notes and lead statuses in our CRM
Requirements:
- Reliable phone and internet connection
- Strong communication skills — friendly, confident, and clear
- Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle objections and stay persistent without being pushy
- Prior phone sales, customer service, or cold calling experience is a plus — but not required
Compensation:
- Earn $750–$1,000+ per deal closed from your booked appointments
