Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound shipments, operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment, and ensuring accurate inventory management. Your proactive approach will help maintain smooth operations, support customer requirements, and uphold safety standards. Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, and pallet jacks, to unload, and move goods within the facility
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders using ERP (Job Boss2) software
- Prepare products for shipment by packing, labeling, and ensuring proper packaging according to shipping standards
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements through data entry into ERP systems such as Job Boss2
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory management to ensure stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies
- Support order picking and packing processes to fulfill customer orders efficiently
- Ensure compliance with trade regulations and shipping documentation requirements for international trade transactions
- During down time assist quality department and deburring team along with performing PM's on manufacturing equipment
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating forklifts, or similar warehouse equipment
- Familiarity with ERP systems, and RF scanners
- Strong understanding of shipping logistics, and order fulfillment
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail to maintain precise records of inventory movements
- Customer service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and external carriers

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
