American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a travel Emergency Department position in Massachusetts, requiring a permanent MA RN license and a minimum of 1.5 years of ER experience.

Emergency Department (ER) setting at a hospital in Worcester, MA

Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Shift start time may flex up to four hours earlier or later than the posted start time based on urgent staffing needs only

Epic EMR experience preferred

Telemetry monitoring is a component of patient care in this unit

Active, permanent MA RN license currently in hand (required)

Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required

Minimum 1.5 years of RN experience required

Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips required

Candidates must reside more than 200 miles from the facility to be eligible

2 professional references required, with at least one from a Nurse Manager or above

Candidates with any prior disciplinary actions on their nursing license are not eligible for this position

Orientation includes two pass/fail exams: a medication exam and a telemetry/EKG exam — each allowing only one attempt; failing either exam results in immediate contract cancellation

Study materials will be provided prior to and during the orientation process to help prepare for both exams
