We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join a well-
established company specializing in premium residential elevator and
accessibility solutions. This is an opportunity to represent products that truly
improve the quality of life for homeowners while working alongside builders,
contractors, architects, designers, and remodelers on both new construction and
renovation projects.

Responsibilities
Meet with homeowners to conduct in-home consultations and property
evaluations.
Develop relationships with builders, remodelers, architects, designers, and
contractors.
Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
Educate customers on residential elevators, stair lifts, accessibility
products, and mobility solutions.
Prepare proposals and quotations.
Manage opportunities from initial consultation through project completion.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.
Represent the company professionally within the community and industry.
Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
Qualifications
5–10 years of successful outside sales experience.
Proven track record of closing sales.
Construction, home improvement, remodeling, building materials, or
related industry experience is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable conducting in-home consultations.
Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
Professional appearance and presentation.
Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the territory.
