Director of Finance

Position Overview
We are seeking a confident, highly capable Director of Finance to take on a key leadership role in managing and overseeing the organization’s financial operations. This position ensures accurate reporting, strong financial controls, effective budgeting and forecasting, and provides clear financial insights to senior leadership. The Director of Finance will play an important role in strengthening our financial infrastructure as we continue to grow, with meaningful opportunities for ongoing professional development and expanded responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations, including AP/AR, payroll, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and deliver clear insights to leadership.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-term planning.
- Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and ensure strong financial controls.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Improve financial systems, processes, and reporting tools for greater efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage and support the finance and accounting team, fostering accountability and professional growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of progressive finance or accounting leadership experience.
- Strong command of GAAP, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Proficiency with financial systems, ERP software, and advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate financial data into actionable recommendations.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to support a growing organization’s evolving needs.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $150,000–$175,000, based on experience.
