Job Title: Commercial HVAC Project Technician

Our clients span a wide range of industries, including telecom, medical, education, industrial, retail, and Class A commercial properties. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Technician to join our Install Department.

Job Responsibilities:

· Ensure a safe and compliant work environment for all team members

· Collaborate effectively with the Project Management team to meet project goals

· Serve as a professional and knowledgeable point of contact for clients on- site

· Perform hands-on installation of commercial HVAC systems, including ductwork, equipment, and piping

· Maintain clear and respectful communication with team members, customers, and other trades on-site

· Interpreting and execution based on mechanical drawings, blueprints, and project plans

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a commercial HVAC installer or technician

· Proficiency in layout, brazing, sheet metal work, fabrication, and low voltage/control wiring

· Ability to read and interpret specifications, plans, and schematics

· Working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, VRF, split systems, and hydronic equipment

· Strong teamwork orientation with the ability to work independently

· Familiarity with project documentation tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Professional demeanor and positive attitudeQualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred

· Minimum of 2-3 years of commercial HVAC experience (preferred)

· Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record (required)

· Must pass company drug screening

· EPA Certification (Required)

· RMGA Certification (Required)

· OSHA 10 Certification (Preferred)
