The Opportunity
Revive Design and Renovation is the largest design build remodeling firm in Florida. We are the most awarded remodeling firm in Tampa Bay, we ranked #81 on the Inc. 5000, and the Tampa Bay Business Journal named us the #1 Fastest Growing Company. We run kitchens, bathrooms, and whole home transformations with projects averaging $200K, out of Tampa and Orlando, and we are on our way to $100M by 2030.
We are building the software that runs all of it. It is called Vivo, and it is our operating system. Sales, design, production, operations, trades, finance, and marketing all live in it. Real pricing math, real jobs, real money, real AI agents doing work.
We are looking for one builder to work directly with our President, AI consultants and our entire team to build it out.
What you will actually do
Ship. On your first week, not your first quarter.
We have a real backlog of internal applications and AI tools across every department. You will take a problem straight from the person who has it, build the tool, and watch someone use it the next day. You will write AI agents that read our data and flag, draft, notify, and act, so our team stops doing administrative work and starts doing higher level work. You will build the reporting nobody wants to assemble by hand anymore. Every tool you ship makes the next one easier, because you are compounding one system, not maintaining twelve.
There is no layer between you and the decision maker. You will be in the room, you will hear the problem in plain English, and you will decide how to solve it.
Who you are
You use Claude Code daily right now and you are fast with it.
You are smart, you learn quickly, and you would rather ship something imperfect today than something perfect in three weeks.
You have a can-do attitude. When something breaks, you fix it and you tell us what happened.
You work well with people who are not technical. Our best requests come from a project manager who has never opened a terminal.
You want ownership early in your career instead of a seat in a queue.
Tools you should be fluent in
We are tool agnostic and we care about outcomes, but you should have working experience with several of these:
Claude Code
Supabase and GitHub
Anthropic Claude API and OpenAI API
Google Workspace integrations
n8n, Make, or Zapier (a plus, not required)
How we pay
Base salary plus performance bonuses tied to what you actually ship into the operating system. The target is an additional $10,000 to $20,000 per year for hitting those milestones. If you build fast and it works, you make more.
