Shining Star Clinic ABA Therapy Center is hiring a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a clinic-based ABA position in Silver Spring, MD.
We are looking for a reliable, professional, and caring RBT who can support children with autism in a structured clinic setting. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate in Spanish with families when needed and work as part of a clinical team under BCBA supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in the clinic
- Follow behavior plans and treatment goals created by the BCBA
- Collect accurate session data during therapy sessions
- Support skill-building, communication, behavior reduction, and daily routines
- Maintain professional communication with parents, staff, and supervisors
- Complete session notes and documentation on time
- Follow HIPAA, clinic policies, and safety procedures
- Attend supervision, training, and team meetings as needed
Requirements:
- Active RBT certification preferred
- Must speak Spanish
- Experience working with children with autism preferred
- Must be able to work in person in Silver Spring, MD
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong attendance and communication skills
- Must complete onboarding, background check, and required clinic paperwork
Schedule:
- Part-time and full-time opportunities available
- Expected hours: 25-40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday availability preferred
- Some Saturday availability is a plus
Pay:
- $23-$26 per hour based on experience, Spanish fluency, availability, and reliability
Work setting:
- Clinic-based ABA therapy
- In-person position only
