Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while providing outstanding customer service.
- Manage multi-line phone systems and respond promptly to guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts using OPERA or similar hotel management software to ensure accuracy in billing and reservations.
- Monitor security cameras, perform safety checks, and follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest and staff safety throughout the night.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to maintain accurate records for management review.
- Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Support front desk operations by managing reservations, cancellations, and special requests with efficiency and hospitality expertise.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems such as OPERA is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services, and hospitality standards is essential.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus for engaging with diverse guests effectively.
- Experience working in resort settings or with multi-property hotel groups enhances your suitability for this role.
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems, are vital for success.
