Full Job Description
TitanScape is hiring an experienced Solo Mowing Route Technician to independently operate and complete scheduled residential and commercial lawn care routes.
This is not an entry-level crew position. You will be trusted to manage your assigned route, operate company equipment, maintain consistent quality, communicate issues, and complete each property efficiently without constant supervision.
The ideal candidate takes pride in clean work, understands professional mowing practices, works at a steady pace, and can be relied upon to represent TitanScape professionally on every property.
What You Will Be Doing
- Independently completing scheduled residential and commercial mowing routes
- Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing off all serviced areas
- Completing property cleanups and detail work as assigned
- Following route notes, property instructions, and service checklists
- Performing quality checks before leaving each property
- Taking completion photos and documenting property concerns when required
- Communicating sprinkler problems, property damage, access issues, or client concerns
- Operating commercial zero-turn mowers, walk-behind mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers
- Safely driving a company truck and trailer between properties
- Loading, securing, and maintaining equipment throughout the workday
- Keeping the truck, trailer, and equipment clean and organized
- Reporting equipment maintenance or repair needs before they become larger problems
- Helping with seasonal cleanups or other landscape maintenance work when mowing routes are lighter

This position is not the right fit for someone who regularly arrives late, cuts corners, leaves unfinished details, misuses equipment, or needs constant reminders to remain productive.
Pay and Growth
Pay ranges from $24.00 to $28.00 per hour, based on professional mowing experience, equipment knowledge, driving ability, reliability, and demonstrated production.

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean and insurable driving record
- Reliable transportation to our Midvale, Utah location
- Professional mowing or landscape maintenance experience
- Ability to safely drive and back up a truck with a trailer
- Ability to operate commercial mowing and handheld equipment
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and changing weather conditions
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to work approximately 40 hours per week during the busy season
