Eden Café & Catering is looking for an energetic, hands-on Afternoon/Evening PM Supervisor to lead our restaurant during our PM hours. This is more than a shift supervisor role—it's an opportunity to coach a team, build a positive culture, and make a lasting impact on our guests and our business.

What You'll Do
As our PM Supervisor, you'll be the leader who keeps our evening operations running smoothly. You'll support both front-of-house and kitchen teams while ensuring every guest receives outstanding service from the moment they walk in until they leave.
Your Responsibilities Include:
✔ Lead afternoon and evening restaurant operations with confidence and professionalism.
✔ Coach, motivate, and support servers, hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff throughout each shift.
✔ Ensure exceptional guest service and quickly resolve any customer concerns.
✔ Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.
✔ Assist with shift scheduling, staffing, and daily operational needs.
✔ Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment to keep operations running efficiently.
✔ Train new team members and help develop future leaders.
✔ Support catering operations as needed during evening events.
✔ Lead by example with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork.
✔ Help create an environment where employees enjoy coming to work and guests love coming back.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
- Restaurant or hospitality leadership experience
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- The ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities
- A hands-on leadership style that inspires others
- Evening and weekend availability
- A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
