Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager with automotive dealership experience to oversee accounting operations, office processes, and administrative staff. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, maintaining compliance, and supporting dealership performance through strong operational management.
This opportunity offers earnings up to $100,000 for the right candidate, along with a 4-day work week and a company demonstrator vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily dealership office operations and supervise office staff
- Oversee accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and internal reporting
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, state regulations, and manufacturer requirements
- Reconcile vehicle inventory and flooring statements, including CIT schedules
- Monitor internal controls and implement process improvements for accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate title work, registrations, and DMV compliance as needed
- Support audits, year-end closing, and external reporting requirements
- Work closely with dealership leadership to support financial and operational objectives
Qualifications
- Automotive dealership office/accounting experience required
- Strong understanding of dealership accounting processes and financial statements
- Proficiency with dealership DMS and accounting software
- High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
