Q Legacy Home Care is a brand new, veteran owned, non-medical home care agency launching August 2026 in the Phoenix West Valley — and we're hiring our FOUNDING team of caregivers.

WHAT WE OFFER
- $20/hour starting wage day one, no probation cut
- Raises built into your career: $21 at 6 months, $22 at 12 months, $23 at 24 months
- Retention bonuses: $500 at 6 months, $1,000 at 12 months
- Mileage reimbursement between client homes at the IRS rate ($0.70/mile)
- Holiday pay at 1.5x
- Paid training while you complete fingerprint clearance you start earning before your first client shift
- Branded uniforms provided (2 polos and a quarter-zip)
- $250 referral bonus for every caregiver you refer who stays 90+ days
- W-2 employment (not 1099) taxes withheld, real employer
- Backup support so you're never left stranded if a client has an emergency

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Reliable transportation and a valid Arizona driver's license
- A heart for working with seniors patience, warmth, real care
- Willingness to obtain or already hold an AZ DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (we cover the cost)
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and TB test
- Strong communication skills with families and the office team
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain we'll arrange the class)
CNA or HHA certification is a plus but NOT required. We hire personal care aides, companions, and certified caregivers alike.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Help seniors stay safe and independent in their own homes. Daily tasks include:
- Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders (verbal only no administration)
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Companionship and safety supervision

Q Legacy Home Care was founded by a U.S. military veteran who saw a gap in veteran-focused home care in the West Valley. We specialize in helping veteran families access the VA Aid & Attendance benefit to fund quality in-home care, but we serve seniors and adults of all backgrounds across Surprise, Sun City, Sun City West, Sun City Grand, Goodyear, Peoria, and Glendale.
