The Information Support and Training Specialist plays an essential role in advancing the mission of the Educational Services Department. This position focuses on empowering families by developing and delivering engaging workshops, participating in outreach efforts, and sharing clear, helpful information about laws and topics that affect children with disabilities and their families. This role is especially well suited for a parent of a child with a disability or behavioral healthcare needs, bringing valuable lived experience, insight, and empathy to support and strengthen families within the community.

- The ability to develop a good working relationship with the community members and organizations.
- A team building attitude, ability to positively work with co-workers and volunteers;
- Experience providing non-judgmental family peer support.
