Must have an active real estate license or be willing to obtain it within 60-90 days.
We will consider both full-time or part-time for the ideal candidate.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property showings for prospective buyers, highlighting key features and answering questions with confidence and clarity
- Build strong rapport with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and budget constraints
- Support marketing efforts by providing feedback on listings and participating in open houses or promotional events
- Maintain detailed records of showings, client interactions, and market insights using customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Stay informed about current industry trends, local market conditions, and fair housing regulations to provide accurate guidance
- Collaborate with listing agents, buyers’ agents, and other team members
Skills
