Job description:
New Theatre & Restaurant in Overland Park, KS is currently seeking a dynamic experienced professional to join the sales team as a Part-time Sales Associate! This part-time team member will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests as they process New Theatre & Restaurant ticket reservations by telephone and at the Box Office,
Ideal candidates exhibit the following qualities:
- Candidates should have at least 2 or more years of prior in-bound sales work experience in a call center or similar Customer Service Position
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service with enthusiasm.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Flexibility to meet departmental needs.
Schedule:
- Friday: 9AM-1PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 10:30 AM- 3 PM
- Monday & Tuesday: 9 am-5:30pm
- (29 Hours Per Week -maximum)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and potential guests by telephone or at the Box Office.
- Answer inbound calls with enthusiasm while assisting guests inquiring about the guest experience, current/upcoming show availability, and making ticket reservations.
- Answer guest questions with clear and effective communication.
- Accurately process and document guest ticket reservations in AudienceView without error.
- Escalate guest questions, needs or concerns with the appropriate management staff when necessary.
- Performs all administrative duties related to sales as assigned, i.e. filing, folding, outbound calls, printing tickets, stuffing envelopes/boxes and mailing, etc.
- Actively follow-up with guests to provide information or to process necessary payments found in sales reports.
- Fill out all applicable sales forms including: print slips, adjustment slips, lost gift certificate forms, corporate exchange slips, etc., and route them accordingly.
- Flexible to work additional shifts as needed during Seasonal and Gift Certificate campaigns as necessary. No time off granted in Nov. & Dec.
