What You'll Do:

Recruit, interview, and bring on new canvassers to grow the team

Lead a team of canvassers in the field day-to-day

Coach, train, and develop reps to hit — and exceed — their goals

Monitor daily activity and productivity, keeping the team accountable

Build and execute strategies to boost performance and results

Run team meetings, ride-alongs, and one-on-one coaching sessions

Keep the team aligned with company standards and best practices
What You Bring:

Prior canvassing management required
