- Perform routine inspections. Maintenance, and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other equipment

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to identify and implement effective solutions

Respond promptly to building related emergencies and address urgent repairs as needed

Collaborate with a team of engineers and technicians to achieve operational excellence

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance

Assist in the planning and execution of preventive maintenance schedules

Monitor energy consumption and implement energysaving measure to ensure efficiency

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards

Support the installation of new equipment and systems, ensuring proper functionality

Provide handson training and collaboration to other engineering team members

Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by property management/engineering department

As appropriate, records all pertinent data in building logbooks and makes all appropriate daily entries

Actively functions as a team member

Demonstrates commitment to quality of service

Complies and participates with Omninet policies, procedures, safety program and facilities specific safety program

Provides highest quality of service to the tenants, staff and visitors at the facility

Maintains regular attendance in the workplace

Participate in regular required communication with Director of Engineering, Engineering Manager, Sr. Building Engineer, Management and other staff

Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to building systems
